Home Care Terms and Conditions:
All business undertaken by DUBOLS
HOME CARE (hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”)
is undertaken subject to the terms and conditions as
set below. No variation of these terms and conditions
can be made unless expressly confirmed by the Agency
in writing.
The Agency reserves the right
to increase the referral/retainer fee without notice.
A replacement fee is payable
by the client to the agency after the probationary period
of eight weeks.
If the applicant does not remain
in the client’s employment for a minimum of eight
weeks the agency may offer to replace the Nanny free
of charge.
Registration fees are non refundable.
The Agency and the client can
terminate its business relationship at any point in
time if either party feels that the relationship is
not conducive for business.
The Agency will conduct all business
transactions with clients in a respectful and professional
manner, and would likewise expect to be treated the
same way.
All complaints regarding the
Nanny duties and responsibilities must be communicated
first-hand to the Nanny. In the event that the issues
cannot be resolved, it can then be brought to the attention
of the Agency for resolution.
The client and the nanny must
complete and sign the Child Care Contract. The original
document must be sent to the agency, both the client
and the nanny should keep copies for their records.
If a nanny decides to terminate
her contract with a client, a two weeks notice will
be given to the client in order to identify a replacement.
The client will forward to the
Agency the entire first weeks salary of the nanny. This
is a service fee payable by the nanny to the agency
after successful placement with the client.
The Agency endeavors to ensure
but does not guarantee the suitability of any applicant
introduced to the client. Thus the client shall therefore,
satisfy himself/herself as to the applicants’
suitability, integrity, qualifications and capability
and check all references whether provided by the agency
or not before engaging the applicant.
The client is solely responsible
for obtaining work permits and for arrangement of medical
examinations and/or investigations into the medical
history of the applicant.
The client is responsible for
all National insurance and taxation matters and any
such payments relating to any applicant engaged by the
client. |
