24/7 hr Live-in Home Care:
Dubols Home Care provides 24/7 live-in home care to clients in the comfort and security of their homes.
When needed, a companion or home health aides can live-in with the client. Live-in service is charged at a flat daily rate. The live-in companion or caregiver is paid on the basis of approximately 10 hours of intermittent work during a 24-hour period. The live-in is available primarily during waking hours, must have a place with privacy to sleep and be able to get adequate rest at night. Clients provide full room and board for live-in caregivers. Our Care Providers consist of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA).
A typical 24-hour period is as follows:
- 10 hours of intermittent work
- 8 hours of sleep time
- 3 hours of free time (on-site)
The 24 hour care includes:
- Bathing
- Dressing and hygiene assistance
- Assistance in the bathroom
- Taking and recording vital signs
- Monitoring oxygen use
- Respite Care
- Monitoring of Ambulation
- Meal preparation
- Home safety supervision
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry
- Shopping for select items
- Driving clients to appointments and shopping
