Dubols provides comprehensive medical and non-medical in-home care.  Our personal care providers are available for their clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Each care provider completes an intensive training program and is fully qualified to provide care that is patient, professional, and personal.

Dubols elder care begins with a detailed written care plan for each client.  A Dubols Care Coordinator is assigned to monitor the elder client’s activities and care, and to be the point of contact for the client’s family.  In creating the care plan we consider all the levels of care and types of services that might be needed.  These can include:
